Bill grew up hearing the Kerry accordion playing
of his father but as a kid wasn't very fond of it. He began playing
fiddle at age 16 through the influence and music of Tommy Peoples.
Always very active in the music scene, Bill co-founded the Irish Fiddle
Club in the Bay Area in 1987 with John Sherry.

Todd
grew up in a casually musical family. He started playing guitar at
age 10 and formed his first band at age 11. He wasn't aware of his
family Irish heritage until after he began playing Irish music in
the late 1970's and started on the pipes in 1980. He was awarded a
National Endowment for the Arts grant to study the pipes with Denis
Brooks in 1982. He has been active in the various pipers clubs since
then and has served twice as President. Todd has performed as a member
of several groups in Ireland, Europe and America, as well as with
education programs for the San Francisco Symphony. For more see here.
